Through these initiatives, the company aims to create real employment opportunities and offer diverse training and development programmes tailored to the qualifications and specialisations required by young people, thereby enhancing their professional readiness and strengthening their competitiveness.
In this context, HYTC has submitted several project proposals under the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, with the aim of expanding its interventions and increasing its impact in supporting youth and different groups within society.
Through these projects, the company seeks to respond to the evolving needs of young people, empower them with the necessary skills, and build their capacities in line with labour market demands, contributing to sustainable and inclusive development.

HYTC Management is pleased to extend its warmest congratulations to nine of our graduate teachers on successfully completing the Training of Trainers (ToT) program, which was held from July 30, 2025 to August 5, 2025, and on officially joining the teaching profession in the field of English language education.
Throughout the training journey, the teachers demonstrated outstanding competence, strong professional commitment, and a genuine passion for the mission of education. They successfully fulfilled all program requirements with excellence and were awarded an accredited certificate endorsed by the Ministry of Education.
We also express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the trainer, Ms. Hanan Aouni Dabdoub, for her dedicated efforts and valuable contribution to the success of this program. Her professional approach, distinguished teaching style, and ability to effectively share knowledge and expertise played a significant role in achieving the program’s objectives.
