‘HOPE FOR YOUTH TRAINING COMPANY’ aims to develop students by training them in technology skills and providing various academic courses. These courses include computer skills training (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and management courses (planning, organization, orientation, and oversight).
Additionally, students are trained in vocational courses such as straw plaiting workshops, candle making workshops, hand embroidery workshops, and soap making workshops.
The company is interested in training, developing and preparing students for the labor market by providing academic and vocational courses, either face-to-face or online. In case of online courses, students are contacted via social media platforms.
The company’s objectives:
1- Reducing the unemployment rate in Palestine.
2- Employing jobless students within their majors.
3- Creating marketing opportunities, productive projects, and contributing to the development and improvement of the Palestinian society.
4- Integrating students into the labor market.
5- Contributing to increase household income. 6- Accomplishing sustainable projects that contribute to achieve individual’s self-realization.
Areas Targeted by the Company
HYTC Company targets graduate and non-graduate students from all Palestinian universities residing in various cities of Palestine like Hebron, Bethlehem, Tulkarm, Nablus, Jenin, etc. The company offers online courses for all students who are eager to join from different Palestinian cities and beyond .
